I remember someone pulled a gun on me when I was younger in a dream. At my job, too.

If so, they failed, thus proving my next level bad-assery.

Every day something tries to kill me.

Thus far it has failed.

Some random psycho tried. They damaged my door enough it needed a replacement.

I've been threatened with a gun, but no one's actively tried to kill me.

Dad did. He got jealous that mom spent a few minutes watching a movie with me in my room rather than being with him. Decided to just kill me and be rid of me. Started loading his gun saying he was going to blow my brains out. Mom intervened and he said he'd kill her too, so that's when I stepped in to protect her. We managed to fight the gun away from him, but then he just tackled me and started beating me. He eventually sat on my chest and started strangling me. I somehow broke free and got to the phone and called 911, only to be tackled to the floor and again and have him crush the phone.

That stopped him though, as he was afraid to get caught red handed by the police. He proceeded to cuss and blame me for it all. Calling me a bad person for calling the cops and probably getting him arrested. Then the cops didn't even do anything to him, they kicked me out instead. Because, y'know the bloodied up guy who called for help is obviously the aggressor. I was still finding new wounds and bite marks two days afterwards.

Yes, and to date Im deaf in the right ear because of the incident.

As a kid I had asthma and was having an attack and my brother took my inhaler away because he wanted me to die so hed be the only kid again. Luckily my mom happened to come in the room and find me on the floor just before I took my final breath.

Though I was worried it might happen when I was a teenager. I was on a school trip to Nashville Tennessee, and I was wearing my Behemoth shirt I got at a concert, it had a burning church on the front and said "Youth Against Christ" on the back. While my friends and I walked to Taco Bell, some random dude pulled over and said "You are gonna get shot wearing things like that!" Then he tried converting me and my friends to his church. It was very awkward. But after that I became aware of all the hateful stares I received while walking around Nashville in that shirt.

In high school I finally grew bigger than him and one day we had a grown man fight where I broke his nose and said he was dead to me and didnt speak to or even share the same room with him for a few years. Eventually he got married and had kids and during times we were forced to be in the same room at family gatherings I could tell he felt guilty about our childhoods and would walk on eggshells every time he tried to talk to me because eventually everyone realized Damn (my name) wants nothing to do with his brother, but we thought (his name) was so cool! I wonder what he did? And eventually I realized that my niece and nephew were completely innocent in all this and didnt deserve to be shunned so for their sake I started being in their lives again, but at best my relationship with my brother is civil and thats all itll ever be.
