You cannot go wrong following this as a guide. Does a good job giving you a balanced build with rational data behind the parts while giving you some different options and without marketing hype that's plagued PC building dialogue in recent years.

I can't see the price but that doesn't look bad

Just replace the PSU because it's probably shit

Edit: Oh I see the price now at 2500. Probably would be a lot cheaper if you built it with the same parts. 4070 Ti is $800, CPU is $550, mobo shouldn't be more than $300. So that leaves ~$900 for RAM (~$150), PSU (~$200), case, and AIO (dunno never bought one) and SSDs are pretty cheap right now
