Iirc there is no "most effective " exercise for losing weight, it all depends on how active you are, how much weight you need to lose, and so on. Just try both until you have an idea of what works best for you --- I do drawings and stuff https://www.fiverr.com/blueblitz ... Copied to Clipboard!

In a vacuum, shadow boxing should burn slightly more calories, but burpees gives your muscles some resistance training so you'd retain more muscle. If you're doing other forms of resistance training, then I'd go with shadow boxing. If this is the only thing you're doing, I'd go with burpees. I do heavy bag work for my cardio simply because it's more fun, even though there are plenty of more optimal choices. Pick whatever you'll stick to. --- I don't believe in belts.
