She was my favorite character in the Advance games, but here she's basically just Sonic with a smaller hitbox.

But because she's just as fast as Sonic while being half his size it always feels like she's zipping along at fucking lightspeed. <_<

Peach is better than Mario. It makes sense that Amy would be better than Sonic.

I think they just really wanted to make her hammer a part of her moveset without actually programming in a unique attack, so they just have her the wonkey drop dash. It is pretty weird but it's fun to piko piko things.

Amy and Sonic are both Hedgehogs. Shadow only plays differently because he is also the Ultimate Life Form.

I played her in Sonic 2 and got all the emeralds in Green Hill Zone but she doesnt transform into Super Amy (same with Tails). Fuck! I'm assuming she does in Sonic 3 though. And she does transform in 2 if you use debug to place a Super Monitor next to her

I went straight for the game gear games as soon as plus installed. Haven't had a chance to play as amy yet.

You definitely can transform in Sonic 2. Did you remember to push X instead of jump?

Amy is definitely not as fast as Sonic. In Hydrocity she cant gain enough speed to leave the screen.

Really? I killed myself like 3 times on the same ramp in Carnival Night because she zipped past the screen and hit a block lol

Yep, you're right. Amy can go Super in 2. Is Tails still unable to transform in 2 though?

Isn't she just a reskin of Sonic in this? Typically in most fan hacks she can jump like, a million feet the air and twirl about in the air for some extra hang time, making her the queen of the skies, but she seems pretty basic in this outside of the whole hammer bro super thing. Kinda disappointing
