Each. Year.

$9000 for families. That's actually incredible.

I worked at one of the largest hospital networks in the Midwest and all they gave was $600 and care had to be through them.

Fuck the healthcare industry.

It's probably an HRA account attached to the medical plan. Typically it's tied to anything that hits the deductible which is still great but companies can decide that it works for any medical expenses. HRAs can be low deductible plans as well.

This is correct. My last HRA allowed payments for dental and vision as well. Paired with my low deductible PPO plan.
