Its funny. I saw the first ever Survivor show ever, which was Swedish version (its called Robinsson after Robinson Crusou), many years later I started to watch the Swedish version again and got hooked.

But this is the first time I watched another version and the Aus version is just soooo much better.

So did anyone see this season?

It was pretty great, I loved George even if I didnt think he deserved to win, I also loved Haley until the last episodes , then I wanted Flick to win, she played the game most clean, and I like ppl that play clean games.

Also, I have never seen US survivor, is kinda like the Australian version?

I like season 1 of US survivor, it has an openly gay man and a old homophobic military vet become best friends even though they disagree with each others opinions.

Thats cool.

I liked it when we had it in the UK but it only lasted two seasons.

The first 8 seasons of US Survivor is some of the most compelling television you'll ever watch.

S9 - S12 is still good but not as good.

S13 is one of the best seasons in the shows history.

S14 is not that good and the finale will leave a bitter taste in your mouth.

S15 is underrated and has a pretty good cast.

S16 is another top tier season.

S17 & S18 are okay.

S19 & S20 you'll either love or hate, depending on how you view Russell Hantz.

S21+ varies from bad to okay.

I stopped watching after S40 ended.

i haven't watched any recent seasons of it but australian survivor is fantastic and in many ways better than the american version. i think the very best american seasons are slightly better but on average the australian seasons i have seen (1-5) are a better product.

it has become over produced and the b1g mov3z era shit can get ridiculous but overall it is still a quality product. when you have seasons like 28 and hvv and 40 it makes up for a lot of the dumb shit

Started s9. Blood vs Water. Every player has a loved one with them, and they got split into different teams.

Apparently this has the only 2 time winner here with her daughter: Sandra from the US Survivor

So has anyone seen a season with Sandra in the US version? She seems brutal so sure of herself and her evil plans.

The first couple seasons of the American survivor were awesome

i stopped watching whatever season the final two was a dude and a chick that started fucking so they automatically won before the end

Season 2 of US survivor (Australian outback) was brutal. I remember Probst literally had to give them more rice because none of them could even function anymore. They just sat around doing nothing because they were starving. That was when I got really into it.

Yeah season 2 was awesome

and it had Colby who was on curb your enthusiasm as the survivor and that shit was so funny

I dunno if you are able to see this. But this is the first ever Survivor episode in the world, Sweden started the show (even if it was bought from the UK)
