Anytime Im going through it and vent to someone, it just makes me feel worse. Its like I have to mask it by hanging out with friends, being active and going out alot. And those things generally make me feel better, but the moment I have a day or two without those things, I fall into depression back again. I take medication for this as well and while it helps, its not enough. I just dont know what to do. I try my very best to make changes and improve, but the sadness and depression still lingers. --- Know Your Mouth and Shut Your Role! Its okay to be sad. Know that youre not alone. Talk to your doctor and see if there are any other meds you can try. Sometimes you have to try a few different ones or different combinations to find the right fit for you. ... Copied to Clipboard!
