Not from Buffalo and have never been but I've heard a few bad stories about it. Not as bad as some other NY cities like Utica thankfully. Just avoid certain parts, don't be out too late, don't drive a flashy vehicle or wear flashy clothes and you should be okay. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I'm pretty sure if you are in the downtown area, stay smart, and you should be fine. It probably gets real sketchy in other places. I don't think that venue has a hotel, so just keep that half in mind. I think you'll be fine.
