Stomach pains? Side pains? Heart palpitations? Constant sweating and heavy breathing? Exercising seems to minimize these things so I dont feel them as much.

If I keep this up and limit my sugar/junk food to be nonexistent, maybe I'll even start feeling good?

Less so with weights but I found the same thing when I started doing cardio

no more back issues, weird chest pains, or headaches anymore

Good to hear, TC!

Shame I cant really follow suit. Sure, exercise might cut some of my weight but my real problems are due to a defective brain.

But keep it up and Im sure youll feel better.

I am just sore all the time and my left thigh are still weird. I weightlift once a week and cardio 3-4 times a week, 2 days rest or more depending on the mood

Are those problems mostly linked to weight? Surely you already knew that exercise might help with that?
