Clearly? No. I watched the clip through many times and get no closer to seeing this CLEARLY uncomfortable reaction. I see a woman pulling away from a hug, as all people do in hugs since a hug is a brief thing. Of course, since the clip was created for the purpose of being manipulative and pushing a narrative, (like with the the closeup shot that followed) it didn't start with showing the hug itself.

If Miss Longoria comes out and says yeah, that moment was uncomfortable for her, that will be a different matter, but what is clear here is that certain people have an agenda, one which includes gaslighting (as it often does with them), and they're pushing it as they always do. She has her voice and it belongs to her and her alone.
