I have an old back injury that will flare up if I re-injure it by moving heavy shit but I don't do that anymore so no, not really.

The food here is terrible. My steak was so tough it attacked my coffee and the coffee was too weak to defend itself.

Gratefully, not much so yet.

I try not to do anything to strenuous and I always avoid lifting with my back. I'll go out of my way to squat to lift things that I know are light.

I want nothing the fuck at all to do with back pain.

It's almost constant every day now. I don't know why. I'm only 25 and I haven't done things that would cause it to hurt. It's probably a sign of cancer or something.

No. I used to have a lot of back pain from scoliosis but I've lost weight and gotten in shape. I've strengthened my core and done a lot of yoga to help stay loose and flexible. Not a lot of pain these days.

I have been taking it very easy for the last month though, for medical reasons, and I'm starting to feel a little creaky. Can't get back to activity soon enough.

Yes. I broke my sacrum about ten or twelve years ago. Sometimes, my back goes out for a couple of days and I usually have general discomfort in my lower back.

Back pain! Do not talk to me about back pain. I think I am the expert on back pain as I have had it for over 35 years of my life.

I haven't got a spinal cord I have a pretzel in my back.

I would love to rip out my lower back and get it replaced as it drives me nuts.

I tend to have my back go out in January or February... if I have to use a low counter in the bathroom.

I was sitting on the ground for about 2 hours yesterday and could barely stand up. My back stiffened up like a mother

Back stiffness if I sit around a lot. Zero pain thus far though.

Nope. Even before I started working out, I didn't really have any issues. Not even stiffness.

I worked a job for several years before then where I was on my feet all day, so that probably helped.

I've definitely injured it in the past, but nowadays it feels pretty good. The only issues I've had in the past decade are when I screw up a lift. Even then, I mostly swapped exercises that I'd regularly do that during with safer ones
