It feels like the resident 2 remake which isn't a bad thing but it just feels slow and sluggish. I thought it would play more like the original RE4.

In the new one, I'm shooting the enemies in the head and they just tank it sometimes and it doesn't bring up the melee prompt to kick them.

The prompt to melee is a little hit and miss but the original was far more sluggish lol dunno when the last time you played was but I tried playing it a couple years ago and the controls were just unbearable. Loved the remake though and the VR version is great too

The headshot zone is very narrow, same as in the original. Anywhere in the head doesn't work.

It was a decent enough game but nowhere near the standard of the original when that first released.

Easily the best RE game since 7 though.
