It's an SAT/ACT tutoring job. I'm pretty confident in my knowledge of the subject matter, but the interviews are gonna require that I compose a lesson plan on the spot and talk about my "commitment to education and our students". I haven't had a job interview of any kind in 5 years, so how should I prepare? I really don't want to fumble this bag.

Crash Course lessons are serious business. Most of the time it's for people who have a lot of money, but not enough time.... so basically privileged people.

Ah okay. I was thinking that would be the first step, you need to know the kid's difficulties before you can know how to best teach them.
