Got the achievement popup for having 20 characters during a random standard 10 pull and went, alright this is probably Sushang because she's the only 4 star I'm missing, or a new 5 star nowhere near pity.

This is crazy! I have 5/7 standard 5 stars! Though it comes at the cost of losing both my 50/50s so a blessing and curse. Missing Yanqing and the healer, neither who I really care about.

Lol be careful what you wish for. In Genshin you can ONLY buy them with paid gems (the best source of which is actually the monthly sub).

Usually what they do though is release skins for a 5 star and a 4 star at the same time, and the 4 star's skin is free from a limited time event. So hope we get that.

I cannot get the map screen to not have a red exclamation mark about the new forgotten hall memory, like yeah, I know, I can't beat it, leave me alone

also, since 1.1, whenever I go to a calyx or something that I haven't done in a few days, it says "new difficulty level unlocked" even though I have unlocked and completed that difficulty before

is it just me? it's maddening

I mean yeah there's certainly some good niche there but it's REAL niche. Support set is more universal by still tied with other options in most cases.

Probably going to spend all my double getting more Salsettos.

I'll also be farming SU6. Gepard needs a 5* ER chain and Salsetto isn't a bad set to have more of once I'm able to get some more CR.

The set I'm most salty about is the +effect hit rate set from SU5, Welt and Sampo want it but it's so niche and the other set is the +crit damage one that's trash.

I got a Quantum Damage Orb in SU5 for Silver Wolf super early, and am officially not worrying about it again for a while lol. Certainly wouldn't mind for Welt, but I'll survive.

Everyone wants Himeko until they start caring about how good the units actually are, lol. She's not that bad though, especially with the lack of another 5* fire unit until...16 weeks from now.

Just saw someone running through the story and it looks like it now jumps straight from the deer to the 1.2 story content. I am curious as to where the Santus Medicus plot gets stuck now, I'm assuming a blue quest?

I hadn't gotten that far when I did it myself. Once I got past the deer, I kept going until I got to the Dan Heng plot part. When I tried to begin that part of the quest, it gave me a warning that certain sidequests will no longer be available if I proceed with the main story. I had done everything up to the point where I brought the prescription to Dan Shu, so it was only 2 quests it said I would miss out on.

Finally beat MoC 10 for the first time! No stars of course lol.

Well, I didn't personally miss it; it's very adamant you don't continue so you don't miss them. I went back and did the rest. But you could miss them if you really didn't care, I guess.

I feel like there's a bug with the drop rate of Outgoing Healing Boost on Quantum pieces. It's supposed to be a super rare main stat for body, but I've gotten about a half dozen on Quantum myself even though it's never once dropped on another body piece, and I'm watching a streamer now who has also gotten a ton of them just on the Quantum body over time.

teams? mostly curious what subset of Nat/FireMC/March/Gepard/Bailu/Luocha you used

Brute force fucking luck that made me more confident than ever that I'll be picking Gepard as my freebie.

Witch: Clara, Luocha, Silver Wolf, Yanqing

Once I actually got the team comp here together it acrually became easy. I had completely thrown away the idea of Yanqing because he could never keep his buff up with the full Larry fish AoE, but eventually I said fuck it and instead treated him. As Sun DPS, while Clara did God's work. Constantly countering since almost every attack in the fight is fully party, which means we was constantly healing the party with Luocha's talent, and constantly breaking the fish, which means they were blowing up and debuffing the Witch's defense even further from what Silver Wolf was throwing on top. It's just endurance at that point. The wierd max health status effect didn't even matter.

What did matter was TIME. Because of the 20+ runs I did that reached Kafka I lost 4 of them to Time Overs. One of them where she had 1%HP left. I actually yelled.

Speaking of...

Kafka: Fireblazer/Natasha/Bronya/Seele

This sucked. Obviously in this setup Seele doesn't have the type advantage, but there was nobody else I could rely on, brute forcing numbers through extremely specifically times Bronya buffs. It was a DESPERATE juggle between keeping TB's shield up and knowing when to actually pop the Natasha Ult's. The biggest problem by far is Kafka's domination. Not because of having to cleanse or the team attack, but because that's a lost skill point from losing a basic attack. In the end it was just running it over and over until I got the necessary amount of Seele Ult crits to take her down. I'm actually glad her 2 buddies are immortal so I didn't have to even think about balancing targets here.

I've got no idea what I want to to for Relics to prep for Sampo as a Kafka partner.

4 piece Wind? Some combination of 2 piece Wind, Musketeer, Speed, and Break? He's one of the few characters who does really well focusing Break Effect.

I feel like there's undoubtedly going to be a Dot set at some point, for Planars or Gear or both.

Yea I do the same thing with Gepard/fMC/basically anyone, the Path Resonance solos by the end

Sampo wants Effect Hit Rate up to a point, since with Traces and Light Cone he gets a fair amount for free, then as much Speed as you can get on him, followed by Atk% and Break.

One of the really nice things about the DoT comp is how non-reliant on Crit it is, so you can completely bypass the fact that you aren't hunting for the rarest main stat when relic farming.

How about the actual set? That's where I'm having the most trouble TBH.

And yeah it's been super freeing being able to not get as upset when one of the above pieces drops without a crit in sight.

Right now I have 2 piece Wind set and 2 piece Messenger (Speed) set on him, mainly because I just happened to have ones with good main and sub stats for him. There might be a more optimal loadout *shrug*

For planar and link I have the Pan-Galactic set on him (Wind dmg/Atk%).

Got my first Lightning Space Station...and it rolled Flat Def, Def%, Flat HP, and Effect Res.
