With all the anti gay Rhetoric being ramped up the last few months I feel like we are gonna see a lot of mass shooting done by Republicans at pride events

I'm not personally going to one (live in right wing hellhole plus still in closet because of that), but if I were I'd definitely be concerned and possibly be packing heat just in case.

Yes. I live in Columbus, where literal Nazis showed up to a drag event last week. These cretins are feeling emboldened.

I also don't trust the cops to protect people at Pride, as the Venn diagram between cops and Nazis has a lot of overlap

No, although I've never personally heard of any ever happening in my state(MI).

I would go if I could find any. A few years ago it was easy to find a pride event where I lived, there seemed to be multiple ones ran in parks and community centers and now none. I'm sure I still find one if looked further but I'm not a drinker so I don't care about bars.

I know why they have vanished in my area and that makes things worse.

My town's parade was delayed until October. Shit sucks

Not at all. The cops are always actually really awesome and attentive at Chicago Pride.
