They used to be sworn comrades in battle or whatever its called

In Love and Thunder, they hadn't seen each other in years, and suddenly Sif was mortally wounded and dying. And Thor doesn't really seem to care and just says hi and bye basically and then leaves. He didnt seem to give a fuck

I actually just read a 12 issue comic series about Thor's childhood so I was thinking about this because it shows him in a teenage romance with Sif

I think the MCU didn't give respect to Sif. I think she has had many stories in the comics where she is treated as an equal love option for Thor to Jane. But the movies were just only about Jane, and Sif was a side character

I definitely feel the guy who did Ragnarok and Love and Thunder does not care about Sif at all

I mean the guy has lost so much in so little time. He's probably still in shock

Well to be fair, she barely was. She's only on screen for like a couple minutes

A lot of the characters from the lore are treated with disregard. In fact, Thor is treated seriously in the Love and Thunder either.

The warriors three got shafted pretty hard too.

She was clearly crushing on him in the first movie. As much as I like Jane, I was secretly rooting for Thif. Or would that be Sor?

Whats the point in blaming the new non-comic accurate direction when the first two thor movies tanked hard and the 2nd one usually ranking among the worst mcu entries?

She was handled better than Thors buddies in Ragnarok

Cool that shes still kickin, would love to see her in future MCU movies.
