I dont think so, it was just his cybernetic enhancements that allowed him to compete. Only mace windu and like 2 others escaped from him I think He was designed to be a Jedi hunter, and he was trained by Dooku in how to fight Jedi. Using fear and surprise to his advantage, things like that. The novelization of Revenge of the Sith says that his combat enhancements allow him to make dozens of strikes per second, so even without the force he can fight at a Jedi's level and overwhelm them. The only Jedi who've been shown to outright defeat him (in his original incarnation) are very, very high tier masters like Windu and Obi-Wan. --- (He/Him) I write Naruto Fanfiction.
