https://i.imgur.com/zTzxP5E.jpeg NYC, Hollywood, Tokyo, Dubai, London, Paris etc. make you think of opportunities, things to do, beaches, weather, glamour, an apartment or house with stunning backdrops with all this life around you etc. but how is it for you day to day? I grew up near Brighton, so I realise we take for granted all these things. For me, the beach and all the animals was just normal life. I never noticed the salt in the air until I left. But for others it epitomises holiday, retirement, luxury. Can't speak for how life was really like though as I left when I was a kid. --- Argument winners: calm down, insinuated, troll/hater, clearly, LOL, I'm done, funny, not wasting my time, keep trying, ad hominem, strawman, being mad about sig ... Every time I go to the downtown Chicago office, i enjoy the building view from the office, but I can see how people would get sick of it Not that that really happens -- every time I go, there's no more than 10 people there on a given day because everyone is wfh --- St. Louis Battlehawks (7-3) ...
