BotW barely felt like a Zelda game. It feels more like Zelda than BotW, the dungeons are better and the puzzles feel more intentional and less "fuck around with the physics until something works", like in shrines you're given setpieces and building materials and have to find a specific solution using what you have like in old style Zelda dungeon rooms. You can bypass the puzzles if you really want to and have the right materials with you smuggled in attached to a shield or something, but that's not something you're going to do by accident. --- They/them ... In my play so far it does feel a bit more guided. You're still free to explore at your own pace, but there are certain tasks and quests that the game puts up as more linear sections, things that have to be done to really get anywhere. --- Please don't be weird in my topics ... Copied to Clipboard!
