I personally think I've lost my interest in video games since joining this site 15+ years ago (I've had many banned accounts). I do still play them occasionally but I go months without it these days. No recent titles have really stood out to me. I think when the next FF7R comes out I'll probably play that, but the first one was so short it'll probably only take me 2 or 3 days to finish.

Not really. Board games are much more rewarding and are a real test of your wits. Video games are like toys now - meant to pacify rather than enthrall.

Yup but I don't buy them frequently. I have only purchased Octopath Traveler 2 and Wartales so far this year. But I play games that you can sink a lot of hours in, Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous has over 1k hours from me.

Yes, but mostly platformers or stuff without a story. I just don't have time to get fully immersed in a game now. I do like to throw a podcast on and squeeze in an hour session on most days

Yep, everyday... Even bring either my Switch or 3DS to worn with me to play on breaks...

Yup, but I'm in a bit of a gaming rut atm. I think I'm just burned out even though I was actually enjoying the last two games I played.

I game more these days than at any other point in my life.

Anyways I still play games everyday. For about an hour or two. Dont play much action games these days tho. Last one I played was gothic 2 notr. Still have yet to beat it despite putting around 60 hours playtime. Most of that time spent trying to clear out the three main maps (collecting every item outside the city and killing whatever enemy i find). Still on ACT 2 out of 5 or 6 lol..... went back to playing point n click adventure games about 2 to 3 weeks ago. I just prefer playing simplistic controlled games.the only action game i need to play is dmc 3 tbh.

I don't get to play as much as I used to or want to since starting a family, but I still love playing video games.

Yes. I play them daily/multiple times a week for awhile, then don't play them at all for awhile. I voted frequently, because there wasn't really an option for that.
