The pet store sent me a message about their discounts on puppies. They offered 150-300 dollars off the original price. I wondered how much a puppy would cost after the discount. I went online and checked the price and it was still 3000 dollars. I didnt intend to buy one but I got curious. However, that was too expensive for me so I decided to visit my local pound. The dogs there looked so sad compared to the ones at the store. I dont know if I was projecting human emotions on them, but there was a noticeable difference in their expressions. They just looked so sad. And not even sickly, so it wasn't like Sarah McLachlan situation that I was aware of.

They probably get a lot less interaction, I would assume.
