Looking forward to it. Bands like them rarely come to our corner of Missouri. It's usually St Louis or KC or one of the casinos. What about you fam? Any shows you looking forward to?

I've been there a couple times for shows and other times for the circus as a kid. It's a pretty nice place actually. After learning what a mosque is later in life I've been a bit confused why they called it that when it's our local Shriners building.

Indeed the interrupters. Haven't heard of them myself but that's what YouTube is for.

The Dropkick Murphys are good but they don't seem to be as rowdy as they used to be. I saw the Mighty Mighty Bosstones in 2019 (My last concert, I just don't go to many) and they ruled. I was surprised they still played their oldest songs. I remember watching a DKM show during the pandemic and heard some newer songs and they were just more calm. Which is fine, but DKM really got crazy around the Blackout era and back.

Interrupors are good from what I heard but only knew a couple old songs like Kerosene and Take Back the Power.

So that is a rose shaped tattoo. That is a good song. I certainly wasn't saying the DKM couldn't bring it anymore just my recent experiences they mellowed out a lot more (and I do like chill music too).

The exact one off the single for rose tattoo. I couldn't find one I liked the artist I went to suggested it and it was like...oh yeah. Made it far more complicated than it needed to be.

Wast thinking about getting tickets for Pantera/Lamb of God, but the lawn seats are $60 and I don't think you can really appreciate a metal show on the lawn. Need to be much closer to the stage but I'm not paying $250 for that nonsense.
Used to be able to go to shows for $20 or less. I hate how expensive everything is these days.

And those 5 upcoming concerts are?
  1. blink 182
  2. nofx farewell tour, nofx, lagwagon, choking victim, swinging udders, codefendants, get dead, the bomb-pops, urethane
  3. the aquabats
  4. the all American rejects, new found glory, motion city soundtrack, the get up kids, the starting line
  5. Bruce Springsteen
I am not very excited for blink 182 because theyre seat tickets.. and not very good ones. Itll be a fun show, but whats even the point of seeing them in a seat?

the rest? Very very very excited for. Bought pit tickets for everybody else, and while its going to be super sad to see nofx for the last time, I cant fucking wait. Also motion city and new found glory I am stoked for. And lagwagon. And the aquabats.

very exciting next couple months for me

Never been a Dropkick fan, but I hope you enjoy it.

Driviving about 5 hours tomorrow to Columbus, OH to see Action/Adventure, Telltale, and The Home Team.
I've seen Action/Adventure a bunch of times and they always put on a great show. Really looking forward to The Home Team, and Telltale is solid so overall a really strong lineup.

Still debating on Riotfest in September.

Nope, Pop/Punk. Funnily enough the first time I saw them, one of the other bands (can't think of the name) is a video game band lol

Damn you got one hell of a line up ahead of you. I got pit tickets to see skillet and theory of a Deadman back in March and it triggered my gf's panic attacks bad enough she was ready to get violent and got kicked out of the show. I'm hoping some actual seats will help this time since we won't have people crowding in with no regard to personal space.

I didn't see your upcoming lineup - no wonder you like that Action/Adventure song. We clearly have similar taste.
If you aren't familiar with The Home Team, I highly recommend you check them out - I'd be pretty surprised if you didn't recognize them tbh. Their album, Better Off, is an absolute push play album.

Sidenote: I'm 99% sure The Starting Line is still my MySpace song

It was good. They had a lot of energy. I had just woken up so not exactly what I was looking for at that moment but I liked it Why did Knuckle Puck abandon the shouty pop punk sound? It's like they became a different band. I am probably being too harsh, but I heard a newer single and it just sounded like pop rock.
