Like, they modernize the plot of the game to fit the times of today. It turns out that James is addicted to vaping. He has a dozen heavily modded vapes and and all kinds of kits, specialized for Cloud Comps.

Every new area you go into has slightly different colored fog to represent the flavors he blows most often.

The end of the game, you find out the big twist. He killed mary because she broke one of his coils. He put her corpse in the trunk of the car, and he blows vape smoke into it every few hours to hide the smell.

Also Pyramid Head chases him with a huge vape instead of the Great Knife.
