I did a rapid COVID test on Friday after being sick for .. a week. it came back negative just tons of coughing and congestion. last night felt like the first time I have actually had a good sleep. Ive been trying to up my game so: elevated head and chest to reduce chest congestion lots of tissues and a bucket nearby been monitoring humidity to keep around 45% kept some heated honey water in a flask - when I woke up to cough I spit any phlegm out and then had a sip otherwise havent really been taking meds.
