I know it sucks if you're fat and you struggle to lose weight, not putting you guys down. If I'm honest I would prefer my problem over yours.

But it's still really frustrating when you exhaust so much energy into eating more and your weight barely goes 5lbs up over several months, and then you have 3 days of stress and lose 5lbs without even trying.

I guess I just need to be more disciplined and not eat "intuitively".

I used to really struggle to bulk up when I was younger, but I think that was mostly because of the insane amounts of cardio I was doing.

Apparently nikovado is losing weight now, has so far lost 90lbs. Good for him

Like clearly the original weight gain was a mental issue, as disgusting as his videos are it's fucked up to verbally abuse the guy, you know? You don't want to see anybody end up like that, shit's a damn shame

i used to be like that. i guess getting older helps. i gained at least 30 pounds this year. now im finally a normal weight and i look a lot better being a lil chonky. i dont even eat that much either from my perspective....i look at what they eat at r/gains and i would die if i had to eat that much everyday.
