I love every part of this process. I love that my existing provider rewards my loyalty by artificially inflating the price, hoping that I won't notice or be bothered to change.

I love that every interaction with my insurance company must be done through the portal - even when talking to someone would be easier - but the one interaction you can never do automagically is cancel. No no, for that you have to call up the "customer retention department" and talk to Stephen in sales who will actually try to argue with you that spending an extra $200 a year more than you should is good.

I love taking up hours out of my day to find a better provider while telling steve to fuck off, and then I love having to update my details everywhere.

Every year. For every type of insurance.

Fuck this planet sometimes

Yeah, I love spending 3 hours of my life so I can save 8 by comparing comparison sites.

I honestly don't know why I bother.

My providers put the price up by like $100 if I do nothing, thats the annoying part.

I've never had my insurance rates go up, but the only insurance I have is auto and life. <_<

I've actually had my rates go down, tbh.
