God, the people producing content at Cartoon Network from ~'95-02 were so dedicated to making cool stuff. The company just let them have freedom to experiment and do what they wanted which made for good tv. Anyone remember the Scooby Doo x Blair Witch Project bits during a scooby doo marathon one year? My favorite was the space ghost talk show. It was so mysterious and confusing yet intriguing to me as a kid, here was this dude who looked like batman but not quite.
