A quick Google search showed this:

According to the Takayashiki Hideo novel adaptation of Mystery of the Emblem, Caeda is 14 years old in Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light and 18 in Book 2 of Mystery of the Emblem.

Warriors lacks Book 2 characters so it presumably Book 1, where she is 14.

Heroes has no set age for anyone but Caeda only has two costumes: her original (so 14), and a riff off of that (so also 14). Her unique weapon is also the Wing Sword, which is based on her Wing Spear. A weapon that only shows up in Shadow Dragon, where she is 14.
