Down to 172.2 today.

Started at 183 like 8 weeks ago I think. Only about 3 of those weeks were hardcore dieting. The rest were IIFYM where I ate donuts, candy, fast food, starbucks, etc but I just made sure I stayed under my calories. What happened was I decided to buy a house and that stress completely threw me off my game. Then I got this bad URI that knocked me out for like 10 days. That stress is settling down now, so I'm getting back into working out and dieting. So 172.2 is pretty remarkable considering all that. Goal is 1 lb per week loss now until I lose my abdominal pudge. 6'0 and slim frame. I'm thinking get to 160 then do a clean bulk all the way back up to 180, gaining 0.75-1 lb per week.

Currently at 292Ibs

The beginning of last april i was at 319, so in a little over a month I'm down 27 pounds

And the only thing I've changed, is going to the gym for 2-3 hours every day, I still eat dominos and burger king and stuff, but I'm definitely down a decent weight, and I can feel myself getting a bit stronger in the ol' legs of mine

Gotta work on the technique but overall pretty happy with it.

Back and biceps day at the gym is probably my favorite routine of all four that I do in a typical week. What routine do you guys enjoy the most?

Im pleased that, while my build is still slim to an extent, Im no longer the skinny kid I used to be while I was in college. Im about to start a full-time job as a Professor and am also happy that I will be the fit Professor who is so rare at most schools.

I started back after my tonsil surgery in Feb. this year, haven't been to the gym in a couple weeks but I started doing a lot of cardio, 2 miles a day minimum. Just got on TRT from the doc cause my numbers were a smidge low on my latest labs so mine as well get back in the gym LOL

I enjoy the physical act of strength training but I hate the pursuit of muscle and kind of want to bail but I've put in 18 months and am finally starting to see real progress. I took the week off to contemplate things and decide what I want. I'm definitely going to get right back into it tomorrow and finish out my goal of the year but it can't be over soon enough tbh.
