Also. I almost really liked Screecher's Reach, but I dont like the implication that the girl defending herself from a supernatural monster was a sith-coded and therefore evil decision. The Luciferian portrayal of that sith woman was interesting but based on the rest of the story I would've much rather the pendant not be a sci-fi communication device that had told the girl to do everything.

i thought the screecher was a sith force ghost for a while, but by the end i'm pretty sure she's just the (very old) old master, and the sith at the end (anjelica huston!) was her former apprentice. and yes, her aesthetic was my favorite of the season (though the stuffed animal people in ep9 were really cute, too)

as for the episode about the sisters, i don't think it's stop motion, but it does kinda look to emulate it.
