Bespoke usually means making a pattern from scratch while MTM uses a pre-made pattern and makes adjustment to it. I've been going to a local tailor for custom clothes for 7 years. DieWorkWear is a veteran from StyleForum, forum for people with lots of money to blow on clothes, with a lot of indepth knowledge on clothes.

He's definitely making me question my whole wardrobe.

But really, over the years I've just learned to really like people who have a passion for anything.

Guys in the OP are more like hobbyists more than anything. They wear nice clothes because they like to wear them and they spend thousands of dollars in traveling and clothes. I've been around places like StyleForum, Ask Andy About Clothes, The Fedora Lounge, The London Lounge, Film Noir Buff, etc about ten years ago. First as a vintage clothing enthusiast, basically I liked wearing old clothing including archaic items, before mellowing out into more normal styles.

As I said, I've seen the guy in the OP around in the old days of StyleForum and he's one of those guys that spends a small fortune on clothing so he's a pretty knowledgeable guy who tore the other guy to pieces in the Twitter thread.

Honestly its ridiculous even for most job interviews. And should be viewed as such.
Most jobs don't require suits. Dressing better for the interview then the actual uniform should be viewed as trying too hard not the standard.

Just show up in modest casual clothes. Don't be sexy, vulgar or wearing shit like MAGA gear, be clean. That is about how it should be.
