What are you scared of? Socially fucking up? Just make it part of your personality. Ever since I did that, I haven't had to stress over most things I say lol. Though, some days it's still unavoidable due to my mood. As long as you take responsibility when wrong and are willing to try to do better, most people are understanding and respectful.

Oh. You got deeper impulsive fears than what I was talking out. Is a therapist an option and have you tried that? Sometimes just talking them out with someone you don't feel guilty putting the weight on is really helpful. Won't fix everything, but it could lift some of it off

Yeah therapy helped back when I could do 1 on 1 in person sessions

now its all on zoom or worse its group therapy which is the opposite of helpful, the group they put me in was just everyone taking turns reading a paragraph off of some worksheets every week it was anguish

Yeah. Group therapy seems like it would really depend on the individual. I wouldn't be into that either. Being over Zoom didn't bother me though. Were you good with being open about things when it was 1on1? Also, did you openly tell them that the group therapy wasn't working for you. I get anxiety when speaking to more than 3-4 people at once. And this is people I grew up with. I can crack jokes and participate in small ways, but any extended conversation makes the eyes get to me and I just find myself wrapping up whatever Im saying as quick as possible.

Also, getting no feedback seems dumb lol. I only talk because I want feedback. Especially if it's therapy. That seems like the main part of it lol
