Yeah, it's just the specific market correcting itself. This happens for any market that is brand new and everyone jumps into it. It also doesn't help many dispensaries are not only expensive (because it's heavily taxed) but also are normally cash only. While still legal, there's still some hoops you have to go over that benefit the rich and inconveniences the middle/lower class.

I didn't watch the video, so idk if this is the same issue, but the issues happening in CA have been brought up many times before.

In CA, it's very easy to set up shop illegally. The legal market is full of regulation. So there's only a couple of legal shops basically competing with hundreds of illegal ones.

Are you unaware that farmers still have to pay taxes when they sell their products at a farmers market? Like, a farmers market isn't the wild west where you just set up a tent and sell your stuff without the government butting in. You're not even getting your product close to most farmers markets if you're not paying fees to be there, either.
