Anyone have any experience with these things? I've killed about 5 or 6 in my bathroom the last couple days so I'm pretty sure this is an infestation.

Not sure what I would've done to bring this on- I keep the bathroom neat and clean, and have only lived in this house about a month either way. I have some Drano, would pouring some down all the drains kill them off?

Probably drano would destroy them I'd think . That shit is like pure acid or lava, to a fly

Usually there's like bits of stuff in the pipes that they're feeding off of. Idk if Drano will get all if it out or not. Usually you have to make some homemade shit with like vinegar and baking soda. Maybe the foaming clog removal stuff us better for that...idk

I would take the drain cover off and scrub that and all the crevices of the drain. Have to make sure you get all the eggs and residue.

Get some Hot Spot drain foamer. I used to deal with them in a restaurant setting and they were a huge issue

Bleach or foam works.

When I worked at a deli, we had crazy drain flies that the city would dock us for.
