I am going right to Walter. While there are some other people who have done more with in the show. These people have spent years being formed by gangland violence and horrible things like that. In like 2 years, White in almost on top of things just because he wanted to prove that he could.

Best bad guy Huell. If you make sure he is happy everything is good.

As far as the things that the viewer sees, probably Walt.

But in the scope of the show, someone like Don Eladio would easily be worse.

This is actuall an interesting one
1 If you believe Gus used kids as assissins and his threat against Holly then Gus
2 Walt actively poisining Brock and letting Jane die is bad and was willingly to disolve bodies to hide any evidence in like the second episode?
3 Todd having no problem shooting a kid and again shooting Brock's mom leaving her kid effectively an orphan with the promise of going after him if Jesse doesn't obey. Not to mention literally keeping Jesse as a slave and torturing him regularly to keep any willpower out of him where it's shown Jesse is mostly a coward anyway so it was too far
4 Mike justifying everything with 'i had a bad day once and I need money for Kaley'
5 Jack having all those inmates killed and being head of a group of nazis who kill kids
6 stooge and his girlfriend over their mistreatment of the kids who was possibly an actual mute due to abuse

My first thought as well.

Todd isn't even that bad compared to jack considering he was taking orders from Jack
While him killing the kid who saw the crime instantly was pretty fucked up you can still say he paniced and really fucked up
but jack is the one who would have given the order to kill brock's mom and would be the one to give the order to kill brock

I think jack is worse overall but Todd is definitely just a more evil mike

Skyler is the worst character, but Walt is the worst person.

There are people who do worse things than Walt. Beating friends to death, killing kids, etc, but Walt is the worst because he should know better.

He never had to do any of the shit he did. His ego drove him to do increasingly more absurd shit. We're shown he still has something of a heart because he went back to rescue Jesse, but that just makes his crazy shit even worse... because he still had a conscience, and his conscience was okay with all the other shit he did up to that point.

I'd say Gus. He was responsible for a lot of horrible things. We just didn't see all of it like we did with Walt. Todd is up there too for how unphased he was about killing a kid.

No, he definitely went back to rescue Jesse in particular because he cared about Jesse. He took care of all the other loose ends before hand, sure, but his final goal was to save Jesse once he knew his family would be cared for.

He literally went there to kill everyone
he realized jesse was alive then pushed him to the ground

Speaking strictly in terms of actions, probably one of the head cartel guys.

Speaking strictly in terms of actual morality, Todd is a complete sociopath.
