Did Superman 64 scare so many developers away from trying to do a Superman game? If it's because Superman is too powerful, can't they use a toned down version of Superman? We have games like DBZ Kakarot where you can play as Goku or Vegeta and roam around. Can't they do a Superman game where he can have full on boss battles with enemies, free roam, etc? ...
