then drop everything and take the longest time possible to fix it
then when anyone asks say you felt intimidated by her and were scared to say no

Thankfully I have leadership which doesn't tolerate such behavior. I've had leadership before that does, don't miss it. Just like your case, but instead of a 2nd ticket they'd just call up the director.
