I'm tryin'. Luckily i'm settled in enough at my new job that I can reliably go during the day before I get exhausted from working. I think that's what really set me up for failure before is that by the time I'm done with work around 5 or 6 i just lie to myself and say i'll go tomorrow when i'll be less tired. but now that i can fit it in my day and go around 2pm... i actually look forward to it

It's actually unhealthy to work out everyday, your muscles need time to recover

Bro, you gotta let your muscles rest. You build muscle by letting them recover and rebuild the fibers you're stressing on them. If you work out while you're sore, it doesn't do much and you're literally just wasting your time.
