I'd recommend either getting a Japanese Saturn or looking into how to play Japanese games on an American Saturn. Only about 1/3rd of the Saturn library was released outside of Japan and many of the best games on the system were exclusive to that region. Many are in English too so no need to worry about language issues. VGAddict90 posted... Is the Saturn version of Tomb Raider the best version? As someone who has played Tomb Raider on both Saturn and Playstation IMO the Saturn version is the best. The Saturn version is the harder of the two versions. In the original Tomb Raider you saved using save game crystals and they added a lot more of them in the Playstation version. Levels 1 - 4 and 13 - 15 were identical on both versions but for levels 5 - 12 they added more on The Playstation. The Saturn version looked better than the PS version. I highly recommend getting the Saturn memory cartridge for saving your games. The Saturn ripped apart The Playstation in terms of graphical power. SEga Saturn Magazine in The UK thought that the graphics in Sonic Jam were comparable to Mario 64 on The N64.
