IT started being reported it was delayed a day and now it's being reported more and more places that it's possibly due to giving them time to work out a deal.

I sincerely hope there isn't a deal made. Wouldn't be surprised if it let's Fox off the hook without ever admitting wrongdoing. I can't think of many other court cases that I feel like they NEED to be seen through to the end for the sake of the public but this is one.

Dominion better not settle. I want all of Fox's bullshit out in the open.

EXACTLY. It was reported that there were tons of emails behind the scenes of the "anchors" saying it was all bullshit and then going on the air and spouting it as fact. Like this needs to be WIDELY known but it isn't. It's the only real way to make sure everything is out there and that we never fall for this dumb shit again.

But that won't happen probably.

That said because of this I can imagine Fox offering Dominion pretty much anything they want to settle and that's gotta be hard to turn down.

Especially since lawsuits take years upon years and there's no garantee you'll get anything at the end of it

Yeah that was my my thinking too. Fox knows they are probably fucked. They will pay anything to not drag this on for years when Dominion has a greater than 0 percent chance of winning.
