Looking at how much some of my favourite TV shows like Lost, BSG, GOT and Dexter got s*** on in the final seasons. I'm curious are there any examples of decent long running franchises that actually had a decent ending? Stargate went out reasonably well, for having all three shows cancelled abruptly. The Universe stuff ended with a frustrating cliffhanger and the big dangling plot thread, but the rest was mostly self-contained and wrapped up quite well. to be determined if and how the Amazon stuff will ruin everything. --- Boom!
