Other than keeping some side quest items for yourself theres not really a "bad guy" mechanic. Thats my only real complaint about the game is the lack of replay value. IRL, I don't feel like I play the bad guy in any way but mostly harmless petty ways that I usually immediately call out myself and laugh about. Luckily I have a comfortable enough life and am a minimalist, so I don't have to worry about being the bad guy. If you gotta fight to survive, Im very forgiving of walking a tight line tho. Or if your family treated you like shit and you're trying to fight against the habits they unintentionally taught you. If we're going light humor or perception of others, I don't mind being seen as the bad guy though.
