Because everyone has there own preferences and tastes. So its easy to scrutinize their work even if they do it awesome. That and idk if tv portrays it wrong if they dont cook something in 2 seconds they are too slow. But anytime I go out to eat it takes a pretty decent time

We use to have a self proclaimed professional pizza chef that posted here but it drove him to insanity.

Being a non-culinary chef is so much easier.
