I have a problem with stress and my blood pressure goes bonkers.

Weed and zoloft help me

Theanine is a good supplement but it loses effectiveness if you take it every day. It's the thing in green tea that relaxes you. I take it on especially bad days.

Exercise and sunshine are always good for that too. I lift most days and I always feel better after.

Breathing and focusing on that. Smoking weed helps. Also, I've heard counting really fast in your head helps

I use to pop them L thenanine all the time. Now im on buspar. I lift twice a week and usually try to get 7k steps in on the day but i still struggle with anxiety/chest pain

Mindfulness works for me. Also try a shower or a nice bath with muscle relaxant in it.
