Good song and is on my Kanye playlist, but it is outclassed by some of his other stuff, including songs on that album. Songs like Never Let Me Down and Through the Wire I think are superior songs.

What don't you like about it? I can't see why some people could not like what he's saying in it because it might hit a bit hard if you've been a victim of materialism

We'll get to more down the road. But I'll spoil it now, my favorite Kanye song is, "Diamonds From Sierra Leone." Both versions are great, but I like the solo one a bit more

tune is boring, and his sampling (which is always hit or miss for me) is a miss this time (an example of a hit for me would be the Diamond song. Fucking love that one). On second thought though I'll bump it up to lowest possible +0.5 since at least he doesn't chipmunk voice the sampling.

20 years ago I would have said 4.5/5, but nowadays, I would say 2.5/5. Reasons being: I've heard it a million times so it lost its shine and fuck Kanye
