MasterOfGames57 04/11/23 8:21:05 PM #1:	for contacting a coworker to say They put me on administrative leave idk what to do in a text without actually discussing details of the investigation. Just that I was simply on leave. I consulted with an attorney and they said while this firing is unfair in their opinion, it is completely legal. This sucks. Im not even concerned about this job since it was my secondary one, but it would have been nice to go out on my own terms. --- Know Your Mouth and Shut Your Role! Management accused me of spreading around the gossip, which was false. Management also said I demanded an apology from another worker about an incident related the previous one, which was also completely false. This person said I made them uncomfortable because I brought up said coworker. Management considered this harassment despite me not having any relationship or history with this person. Our conversation was caught on camera and it doesnt even last 30 seconds. Management said based off of my gestures (theres no audio) it appears that I was upset. Again, somehow that met their qualifications for a workplace harassment investigation, which is why I was place on administrative leave. The attorney said I had a case, but that the confidentiality breach tosses everything out the window.
