Pretty much, yeah. If there's something big coming out, you basically have to accept that spoilers are coming along with them and adjust your web browsing accordingly. It sucks, but them's the breaks. That being said, bitching about spoilers when you specifically search for something is inane, a la the morons that got mad at Dunkey for spoiling the end of a Nintendo game on a video about the game that they intentionally clicked on. --- Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less. ... I think you can usually expect people to be mostly nice about it for a short time, with how short it is depending on the general popularity of the media in question. But I also agree that the way people in general converse and interact with media nowadays that it's both impossible and unreasonable to except to never get spoiled on works that have significant cultural impact --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!!
