Clients be like "we want automation."
And you be like, "Ok great, can you be specific?"
"Well we want all of these processes to happen automatically, without human intervention. We really want this streamlined."
"ok, so I guess for example you want this document to send automatically to these people when X condition is met?"
"yeah but can we have the opportunity to check it first? Then we can trigger it to send when we've done that."
"Ok so what you want isn't automation. That's just looking at a document and pressing send."
"Ok well can we have an automatic process that checks the document and sends it based on X condition?"
"What would it check the document for?"
"It needs to be intelligent. Like, automation."
"ok but what"
"..."
