Down to 174 today which is down 9 lbs in 3.5 weeks. But for the last 9 days i've been eating like crap and haven't worked out at all. But to balance that out the volume I'm eating is way down so I don't think i actually exceed my maintanence calories. I also lost like 2-3 lbs of water weight from not lifting in a week and a half.
