We were going to find something to order, since we were hosting a friend this weekend and had no time to prepare anything. But then I decided I wanted to cook for funsies. Turned out pretty good. An eye of round roast with roasted potatoes (rosemary and thyme, roasted in olive oil and butter) and broccoli (minced garlic and olive oil). And a quick pickle honey ginger apple "salad". First time I quick pickled anything, it was fun.
